These policies help us ensure safety, compliance with state and federal regulations, and consistent customer satisfaction.

Ammunition Purchase Disclaimer

By law and for your safety:

• You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition
  
  
• You must be 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition
  
  
• All ammunition orders are shipped ground only, with adult signature required
  
  
• It is your responsibility to ensure you are using the correct ammunition for your specific firearm
  
  
• Check local and state laws before purchasing. We do not ship to restricted areas.

All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws. Orders placed for restricted areas will be canceled.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help — within the guidelines below.

Requesting a Return

• You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 10 business days of receiving your product.
  
  
• Contact us directly to start the return process.
  
  
• Once an RMA is issued, the product must be returned within 10 business days.

Refund Options

If the item is returned unopened and in its original box, you may choose from:

• An exchange
  
  
• Store credit
  
  
• Refund to original payment method (minus a 25% restocking fee)

Return Conditions

Returned products must include:

• Original packaging
  
  
• All accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration cards

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

Special orders or custom-configured products

Products sold “as is”, used, or installed after receipt

Firearms (after transfer to the buyer)

Optics, illumination devices, night vision, or other electronic sights

Shipping Your Return

We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insuring your return package. If you choose not to insure or declare the full value:

• You assume responsibility for loss or damage in transit

Important Note About USPS:

USPS offers limited tracking and requires a 30-calendar-day waiting period before initiating a trace on a lost item. If using USPS, understand this delay and plan accordingly.

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
